Andy Levin is a photographic artist and an aspiring musician living in New Orleans, Louisiana. A contributing photographer with Life Magazine in the 90's, Levin moved to Louisiana a year before Hurricane Katrina from his native city of New York to share in the region's rich culture and musical heritage, and artistic scene . A finalist for the Eugene Smith Prize in 2008, Levin was the editor of the acclaimed internet photography journal 100eyes and covered events in New Orleans during and after the Federal Levee failure as well as in Haiti after the tragic earthquake. His limited edition prints are available for purchase, and he continues to offer photographic workshops to interested students.
